The Hero’s Journey is a one-day teambuilding workshop designed to recognise and activate the strengths, gifts and skills of the individual and create a context through which those resources can benefit the team and the organisation as a whole. Andy Shipley will lead participants through a process of discovery during which they will identify and share their unique contributions with the group and acknowledge the talents and skills  of others. Once the team dynamic has been fortified, we will take a collective journey of exploration to identify and confront the coming challenge as a powerful, inspiring team of amazing individuals with vision, passion and purpose.
